Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on motorcycles & powersports equipment.
- Conduct thorough inspections and identify any potential issues.
- Maintain accurate and timely service records.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and other Technicians to provide excellent customer service.
- Proven experience as a Technician in the powersports industry.
- Graduation from an accredited training program.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycles and powersports equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality work.
