Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Porter / Lot Manager to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and supporting our Service and Sales departments. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a dynamic team, this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and showroom
  • Move and park motorcycles, ATVs, and other powersports vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Assist in setup and teardown of displays and promotional events
  • Support Service and Sales teams with vehicle staging and transport
  • Perform light facility maintenance and upkeep as needed
  • Ensure customer areas are clean and welcoming

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate motorcycles and powersports vehicles safely
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
